Using the Marketing Generator
The marketing generator is for ordering customized printed marketing materials.
How to create an account
When you login to the marketing generator, it will take you to the order products page. The first thing you need to do is create an account by clicking on the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.
That will bring you to the account features page that describes all the features that having an account will give you. Here you have an option to view the privacy policy, but lets move on to creating an account by click on the Create New Account button.
That will bring you to the create an account page.
Fill out the information in the gray box to create an account.
- Email - Enter in your email address, this will be your username for the marketing generator site.
- Password - Enter in the letter and/or number combination you would like to use as your password for the marketing generator site. It can be between 6 to 20 characters.
- Re-Enter Password - Re-enter in the letter and/or number combination you chose for your Password. This is to make sure that the password was entered correctly.
Now you will need to fill out the shipping address so when you order something they can ship it directly to the desired shipping address. Continue on to fill out the billing address information. There is a Copy from Shipping button next to the billing information, if the billing address and shipping address are the same this button can save you the time of re-entering all the same information.
A pop up screen will appear telling you your account has been created (or that you missed filling out some information and to finish filling it out, before continuing). Then click the OK button inside of the pop up window which will take you to the login page.
How to order a product
That will bring you to your My Account page, that will look like this:
Since we are planning on making a business card with our personal information and a custom image, the first step we will need to take is to upload a custom image. To do so click on the Manage Your Custom Images button.
That will take you to the Upload New Images page, that will look like this:
A pop up box will appear telling you that your upload is complete. Then click the OK button inside of the pop up window. Now you have an image.
Now we are on the cropper tool page, that will look like this:
Now you have your image, cropped to the size of your choosing.
Select the product you would like to order, in this case we are going to order business cards. So select business cards and click the GO button.
Select the front side of the business card you want to order, by clicking on the image of the card, or the name of the card. The Preview button will bring up a new window and will show you a preview of what the business card will look like.
In this case we wanted to select a business card with a photo option. So for this example lets select the Photo:Purple business card.
Clicking on the product name will take you to a page where you can preview and personalize the front side of your business card.
The top of this page has a picture preview of the business card, that will look like this:
The bottom portion of this page is where you will fill out your personalized information.
Fill out all of the text fields on this page to personalize your business card. You will notice an option for an image, just choose your image and click the Upload Custom Images button.
Once you are happy with the way the front side of the business card looks, click on the Continue button.
Now you are viewing the back side of the business card, the top portion of this page has a picture preview of the business card, that will look like this:
This is the final page. On this page you can preview the picture image of your personalized business card (front and back), you will need to approve the business card to be created and shipped, you will need to choose a quantity and method of shipping, you will need to make sure your shipping and billing address are correct and you will need to enter in your billing information.
The top portion of the page is the personalized picture preview. There is also a new Front and Back button that lets you preview both sides. There is also a make changes button if you notice that some of your personalized information is incorrect, and you want to go back and make changes.
The next potion of the page is the approval box. Check this box when you are sure that your business card is ready to be created and shipped to you.
The next portion of the page is shipping information. You will need to select the quantity of business cards you want to purchase, the way you would like it shipped, and confirm that your shipping information is correct.
The next portion of the page is the billing information. You will need to make sure the billing information is correct and enter in your credit card information.
The final step is click the Approval/Submit, just click the button one time.
Wait for a new screen to appear that will give you your confirmation number for this order.
How to re-order
Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab.
Then click on View Past Orders.
Then click the reorder button next to the order you would like to reorder.
That will take you to the preview page where you will make sure all of your information is correct. Continue through the process to re-order a product.
